Become a StudyPoint Tutor!

At StudyPoint, our tutoring jobs offer experienced and dynamic educators the chance to provide meaningful help to students. We have tutoring jobs throughout the country, from Boston to Seattle and San Diego to Atlanta. But don't take it from us. Here's what our tutors say:

"StudyPoint is a great company to work for - I love that the methods used in training are current and reflect best practices from the field. I also appreciate the professionalism of the staff."

- Sarah M.

"StudyPoint has given me the opportunity to hone my teaching skills and meet and work with great StudyPoint employees, parents, and students. I also appreciate the flexibility of the position and the opportunity to earn an increasing hourly rate through good performance reviews."

- Pamela W.

What will you do as a StudyPoint tutor?

With our state of the art, top notch training system, we'll teach you how to use our awesome test prep curriculum so you go out confident and ready. You can work directly with your students to schedule sessions that work for both of you. Need to change a regular time one week? No problem! You'll tutor K-12 students, always one-on-one, for test prep, math, science and more. When you're paired with a student, it's a long-term assignment - never just a session or two! Attend peer-led workshops, explore our vast resources, receive mentoring and connect with your peers around the country!

Do you have what it takes?

1. Experience3. Availability
You need at least two years of experience with prior teaching or tutoring jobs. You also need either a composite 28 on the ACT or a 650 on the SAT Math and SAT Verbal/CR. Are you free on weeknights and weekends? We expect a minimum of 8-10 hours of available time for tutoring.
2. Education4. Style
You'll need at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university. We appreciate fashion sense, but we're talking teaching here. Can you engage students? Are you a drill sergeant or do you make learning fun? As long as it's effective, we want you!
