ACT Test Schedule 2013:
StudyPoint’s Recommended Spring ACT Test Timeline

Begin preparing for the February 9^th ACT.  If you plan to take the SAT Subject Tests, you should take the February 9^th and April 13^th ACTs.  If you do not plan to take the SAT Subject Tests, you should take the April 13^th and June 8^th ACTs.

Begin preparing for the March 9^th SAT.  If you plan to take the April 13^th and June 8^th ACTs, you should take the March 9^th SAT.  If you plan to take the February 9^th and April 13^th ACTs, you should wait until May 4^th to take the SAT.

Regular registration deadline for the February 9^th ACT (if applicable).  Register before this date to avoid late fees.

Late registration deadline for the February 9^th ACT (if applicable).  There is an additional fee for late registration.

Regular registration deadline for the March 9^th SAT (if applicable).  Register before this date to avoid late fees.

Take the ACT (if applicable).

Late registration deadline for the March 9^th SAT (if applicable).  There is an additional fee for late registration.

February 9^th ACT scores available online (if applicable).  Review results, pinpoint areas for improvement, and continue preparing for the April 13^th ACT.

Take the SAT (if applicable).

Begin preparing for the April 13^th ACT (if this is your first time taking the ACT—i.e., you did not take the February 9^th ACT).

Late registration deadline for the April 13^th ACT.  There is an additional fee for late registration.

March 9^th SAT scores available online (if applicable).  Review results and determine if you should take the test again in the fall (October or November).  If the answer is yes, develop a test-prep plan for the summer and early fall.
