Dear Parent - When I applied to Andover it was just a good private school in my hometown. If my parents knew it was one of the best secondary schools in the world, they didn't let on, and by some stroke of good fortune someone at the admissions office decided to admit me. Three decades later I am well aware of just how fortunate I was to have the opportunity to attend Andover. From the incredible faculty, to my brilliant classmates, to a campus and facilities that would fill most colleges with envy - my time there broadened my perspective and laid the foundation for any successes I have had since. Looking back I'm really pretty shocked that I got in, and I'm also pretty confident that if I were applying today I probably wouldn't. These days the admissions rates at boarding schools are comparable to those of elite colleges and universities. The schools receive way more qualified applicants than they have spaces in their incoming classes, and in that pool it can be extremely difficult to stand out. Since the 1990's we have been helping students at every step on the path to college, and our boarding school admissions consulting is a piece of that overall puzzle. If your child will be applying to a boarding school, one of our expert consultants can help. They know the boarding school admissions process from the inside, and can work with you and your child to make sure his or her final application is polished and distinct. It's a great program, and it can have a huge impact on your child's application. If you're interested in learning more, I encourage you to keep reading, or to give us a call. Whether it's admissions support, SSAT/ISEE prep, or academic tutoring for a difficult class, we're here to help. Sincerely,
Richard J. Enos

This isn't a theoretical program. We take a hands-on and practical approach that focuses on completing key elements of the application process. The end goal is to have your child's admissions package polished and on-time.
Admissions Consulting isn't a one-size-fits-all kind of service. We can definitely help your child with the full process, but if you only want help with specific components of the application, we can build a custom program that addresses your key needs.
We focus on two things. First, ensuring that your child crafts a compelling application that increases his or her odds of admission. Second, ensuring that your child gains admission to a range of schools where he or she can grow and be happy.
Our counselors know the admissions process inside-out and understand what schools are looking for in prospective students.
Every member of our team has extensive experience counseling students, and some have been doing so for 2-3 decades.
Our consultants can guide your family through challenging decisions, and also help your child communicate what makes him or her unique.
To be effective, an admissions counseling program has to work with your family's schedule. We make life easier by bringing the support to you, and making logistics easy:
To provide you access to our elite consulting team, and make logistics easier, all of our admissions counseling takes place remotely. Your child and the counselor will meet via Skype and on the phone, and will use cloud-based document sharing tools to work collaboratively to build a strong application. This approach enables us to be highly selective in our hiring processes and gives you access to any member of our team.
Our one-to-one format and innovative approach make scheduling sessions with your consultant easy. Every program is custom designed to meet your family's scheduling needs, and to ensure that all key milestones and deadlines are met on-time. You and your consultant will lay out a calendar that works for everyone, and if you need to add hours for additional support or reschedule a session, you can do so easily.
The goal of our admissions consulting is to help your child navigate the application process in a thoughtful and organized way. Our program structure is flexible and is designed to meet the diverse needs of the thousands of families with whom we work each year. For families looking for comprehensive help with all of the key stages of the process, we offer full packages designed to take your child from start to finish. And if you are looking for help with specific stages of the admissions cycle, we offer shorter packages that enable you to work with our consultants in an a la carte fashion. In either format, the areas in which we can provide your child support include:
